Despite the court issue regarding the death of the actor’s personal assistant last year, Richard is still willing to help Nomar Pardo’s family, which was offered by the actor as well as the actor’s family. After Pardo’s widow file a criminal case against Richard Gutierrez, reckless imprudence resulting to homicide, the case was dismissed but the supreme court last week. According to Richard, he was relieved after hearing the court’s decision. For those who can’t remember that incident, Gutierrez was driving his sports car last May 2010 when they met an accident at Silang Cavite after doing a promotional shoot at Tagaytay city for his that time, upcoming show.
