Richard Gutierrez amazed by Christine Reyes’ beauty, here’s a story taken directly from GMANews.TV…

Ibinisto ni Annabelle Rama na nabighani ang anak niyang si Richard Gutierrez sa ganda ni Christine Reyes na leading lady ng aktor sa suspense-thriller movie na “Patient X.”

Sa ulat ni entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas, sinabi ni Annabelle na nagkabulul-bulol ang kanyang anak na si Richard sa pagbitiw ng kanyang linya sa script dahil sa labis nitong humanga sa FHM Sexiest Pinay na si Christine Reyes.

“Alam busy ngayon si Richard kay Christine Reyes. Kahapon nagkabulul-bulol ang dialogue n’ya mula nang makaharap n’ya si Cristine Reyes,” sambit ni Annabelle sa Chika Minute portion ng GMA news 24 Oras nitong Martes.

Hindi naman itinanggi ng aktor ang paghanga sa bagong kapareha.

“Kasi nga ngayon ko lang siya naka-trabaho, ngayon ko lang siya kinikilala ng husto… siyempre parang, siguro kahit sinong bigyan ng pagkakataon siguro mapapatingin kay Christine,” pahayag ni Richard.

Sa ginanap na launching FHM issue kung saan cover si Christine, halatang kinilig naman ang dalaga nang tanungin tungkol kay Richard, ayon sa ulat.

Are you the next big star has concluded last night! And the winners have been declared.

16-year-old Francheska Farr of Las Piñas and 23-year-old Geoff Taylor of Cagayan were declared the winners of GMA-7’s original reality-based singing contest “Are You The Next Big Star?.”

They were each awarded 1 million pesos, a brand new condo unit from Avida Towers in New Manila, a recording contract with GMA Records, an exclusive management contract with GMA Artist Center, and 100,000 pesos worth of clothes from Danny Tan and Pepsi Herrera.

The show was hosted by Regine Velasquez and Keempee de Leon and judges include Pops Fernandez, Danny Tan, Mon Faustino, Annie Quintos, and Vernie Varga.

Congratulations to both winners, the first “Are you the next big stars”!

Philippine Survivor Palau will be premiering this Monday on Kapuso Station GMA 7. The show will once again be hosted by Paolo Bediones.

THE NEW LOCATION. Kung ang first season ng Survivor Philippines ay ginawa sa Thailand, ngayong second season ay sa Palau naman dinala ang 16 castaways. Ang Palau ay bahagi ng Micronesia at isa sa island nations sa Pacific Ocean.

Ipinaliwanag ni Paolo kung bakit ang Palau ang napili nilang location para sa ikalawang season ng Survivor Philippines.

Aniya, “Palau is one of the most favorite destinations of… Even Survivor CBS host Jeff Probst, he was asked what destination would you like to go back to for vacation, for work, he mentioned Palau. So we had several options ready, but we wanted a place that was nearby and yet the environment is unlike anything you see on TV.

“Yes, you see it on travel shows. But you see it on Survivor Philippines environment, it totally changes the look of Palau, the feel of Palau for us as a viewer. When we were there, sobrang inspiring yung tubig, the location and the challenges… It’s unbelievable! We cannot wait to see what it looks like on TV.

“Palau, we chose also because of its practicality. Mas malapit sa Pilipinas, 500 miles away lang. There were flights every other day to get to Palau. There were also the people we have worked with, yung mga tinatawag nating Palauans, the natives of the country. And we got the support of the president of Palau, Johnson Toribiong… Matindi ang suporta ng Palau sa Survivor Philippines. Lahat kami, naramdaman namin talaga na they wanted us to succeed. So they gave us the support that they could.

Michael Jackson is dead at 50. He was found not breathing in his Los Angeles home by the responding paramedics Thursday noon.

I first saw this news at GMA 7′s Unang Hirit… I was not actually surprised to the news… Michael Jackson probably is expecting his death. If you can recall, there was this interview he did that he will return all the copyrights of The Beatles Songs to Paul McCartney once he died… Well, I guess an Ex-Beatles now has the rights to all their songs again, huh?

Cristine Reyes will play Carla Abellana’s kontrabida in Rosalinda if she returns to GMA-7. This is the news that was published in PEP a few days back. We all know that Cristine Reyes is currently in contract with ABS CBN.. Her sexy role in Eva Fonda is hot, why would she accept the antagonist role in Carla Abellana’s Rosalinda?!

Hayden Kho finally breaks his silence and released a statement. He says sorry for the s3x videos and hopes that everyone involved forgive him. Katrina says not enought.

MANILA, Philippines – Actress-model Katrina Irene Pe Halili was not impressed Friday with the apology of celebrity doctor Hayden Kho over the scandal that erupted from their sex video that was uploaded on the Internet.

Halili said a forced apology from Kho is not enough to atone for what he did, adding she will continue her legal battle against him and those who uploaded the video.

“Parang ang hirap naman po … Di dapat pwersahan po, di lang ganon di lang paghingi ng tawad. Dapat siya [ay] parusahan [I find it difficult to forgive him just like that. And his apology should not be a forced one. That apology should not get him off the hook. He should be

punished],” Halili said in an interview on dzBB radio.

She said Kho had told her the video was in his personal collection and that he never meant to post it on the Internet.

But when told that Kho deplored the video was posted without his knowledge, she said; “Di ko po alam kung anong merong klaseng pagiisip meron ang taong yan, di ko alam [I don't know what kind of mind he has. I really don't know].”

When asked if she believed Kho’s apology and explanation, she said she might believe the part that he did not know the video would be posted online.

“Pero wala akong pakialam sino nagkalat, nandoon na, pinagpipiyestahan na ng tao [I don't care at this time who posted it online. The damage is done],” she said.

We may not know who Rapper Dolla is, but he died just outside of an LA Shopping mall after apparently been shot.

Dolla signed to Akon’s Konvict Muzik label in May 2007, after creating a buzz throughout Atlanta [2]. He made his debut with the single “Who the Fuck Is That?”. His song, “Feelin’ Myself”, is featured on the Step Up soundtrack. The song “Feelin’ Myself,” was a “bite” of the Mac Dre song of the same name.

Bossing Vic Sotto for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire on TV5. Yes folks, that’s the news that we heard lately. At first I thought that the popular tv show franchise “Who wants to be a millionaire” will be aired on Vic Sotto’s mother network – GMA7, but it is found out that it’s TV5!

Who Wants To Be A millionaire PHilippine edition was once hosted by Christopher “Boyet” De Leon (It was aired on IBC 13 until 2002 when its studio was razed by a fire. It was a hit among Pinoy televiewers back then) and now, as we said earlier, will be on air again this May but with a different host. The new host is none other than “Bossing” Vic Sotto!

The show will be on air again on May 23 and the new schedule is every Saturday, 6:00PM at TV5.

He will be joining his best friend Joey de Leon in the TV5 family. Joey hosts the new season of “Wow Mali!” on the rising network.

The popularity of Who Wants to Be  A millionaire game show was revived by the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire. To date, more than 60 countries have their own version of the show. And this year, the Philippines will have another version, too, courtesy of TV5.

Masaya na kami dun. But will try [to do] our best na mas maging maganda. One of the most controversial and well known member of the group, a big part of this is due to her past relationships and links with famous Philippine showbiz personalities like Janno Gibbs and ex-boyfriend Mark Herras. Considered as an all around member in the group, because besides from dancing, she can also sing and act. In her past (also seen at her special acting debut episode in Magpakailanman), she had a traumatizing experience in regards to attempted rape, but this episode in her life did not leaned her towards the man-hater route but instead, tried to learn the lessons from it. She’s also very fond of Hello Kitty and sports a tattoo of a fairy located at her left hip.

Martin Nievera will sing Philippine National Anthem in Pacquiao-Hatton fight and I really really thought that it would be Ms. Leah Salonga. Why? Well, every since I can recall, it has always been a female singer who’ve always sang the country’s nationa anthem.
