After two months of rest, Ely Buendia is now back to normal, promoting THe Pupil’s second single on their second album, “Wildlife”.

Last Saturday was one long saturday for Ely Buendia.. It started when ELy Buendia performs with Francis Magalona on Eat BUlaca with the song Super PRoxy (which was suppose to be in the second set of their Eraserheads Reunion Concert).

Willie Revillame and Joey de Leon: BATI NA?!

If this is true (Willie Revillame and Joey De Leon’s reconciliation) then it is “historica” as what Willie Revillame said in PEP Philippines. But if isn’t, that metting of Willie and Joey de Leon is super mega super (ulit) kaplastikan of the century!

Or, here’s worst… I am starting to think that these “show” between Willie Revillame and JOey de Leon is staged or scripted ever since! It that’s the case, this is one heck of elaborate hoax, including the Senate and all!

Anyway, here’s what we read about that issue:

“Historical,” iyan ang paglalarawan ng Wowowee host na si Willie Revillame sa nangyaring pagbabati at pagsasama nila ng nakaalitang Eat Bulaga! host na si Joey de Leon sa kauna-unahang Supreme To The Extreme Awards ng Philippine STAR na ginanap kagabi, October 17, sa Embassy Super Club sa The Fort, Taguig City. Parehong nanalo ng awards sina Willie at Joey sa naturang event na inorganisa ng mga young writers ng Philippine STAR sa pangunguna ni Tim Yap. Ginawaran si Willie ng Televisionary Award, samantalang ang highest award naman na The Supremo Award ang ibinigay kay Joey.

Kanina, October 18, bago pa man maipakita sa mga showbiz talk shows, ipinalabas sa programang Wowowee sa ABS-CBN ang buong video coverage ng naturang paghaharap nina Willie at Joey.

“Ang susunod n’yo pong mapapanood ay hindi ko ine-expect at hindi ko aakalaing mangyari ito. Ito po ay araw-araw n’yong napapanood na bangayan nang bangayan. Eto po para malaman n’yo na kung ano ang nangyari kagabi, sa buong mundo, panoorin n’yo po ito,” ang paunang sabi ni Willie bago pa ipalabas ang video.

At nasaksihan nga ng mga manonood ang kauna-unahang pagkikita nina Willie at Joey matapos ang mga kontrobersiya at patutsadahan nila sa telebisyon. Dito nga ay nilinaw ng dalawa na hindi naman talaga sila nag-aaway kundi nagpapatutsadahan lang. Parang lambingan lang daw nila ito.

Nakita rin sa naturang video ang pagyayakapan, paghahalikan, pagkakamay, pagsasabi ng “I love you” sa isa’t isa at pagbibiruan ng dalawang sikat na TV hosts.

Sexy Alfred Vargas on a Sexy Calendar

News Flash! Attention all badingershi! I just read from PEP Philippines that Sexy Alfred Vargas has this cool or hot or whatever sexy calendar!

I’m sure you all saving up for this one huh? Well get one! This will be selling like hotcakes, dahil super sexy nya fafa!

Here’s what we read about it:

May lalabas na sexy calendar ang sexy actor na si Alfred Vargas bago matapos ang taon. Kung matatandaan, naglabas ng coffee table book si Alfred about two years ago at naging instant hit ito sa mga mahihilig sa sexy na litrato ng mga artista. Due to insistent public demand daw kaya maglalabas muli ng bagong sexy pictorial si Alfred.

Kung masusunod ang timetable, dapat ngayong October ay natapos na ang pictorial ni Alfred na kukunan ng ace photographer na si Ronnie Salvacion. Nang makausap ng PEP si Alfred sa isang taping day ng Dyesebel, winika nito na nakatakda pa sila silang mag-location hunting bago simulan ang pictorial.

Ayon kay Alfred, November ang target release ng calendar na sponsored ng Walker Underwear, na ang aktor ang image model. May iba’t ibang concept muli ang mga photos na kukunan kay Alfred kaya tiyak na pag-uusapan na naman ang calendar na ito, in the same way na pumatok ang pinag-usapan ang ginawa niyang coffee table book. Bukod sa calendar, may kasama rin itong poster.

Happy si Alfred sa naging participation niya sa Dyesebel bilang Erebus dahil maganda raw ang kanyang role. Dahil daw sa series na ito, na magtatapos ngayong gabi, ay lalo siyang napalapit  sa publiko. Isa raw ito sa mga paborito niyang shows sa GMA-7, tulad ng mga past projects niya na Encantadia at ang afternoon soap na Muli. Kaya lang ay malungkot din siya dahil matatapos na ang Dyesebel.

GETTING BACK WITH JACKIE. Kamakailan ay nabalitang nagkabalikan na sila ulit ng misis niyang si Jackie Manzano.

“Right now we’re working on it. Ah, nasabi ko kasi sa isang interbyu na hindi pa formal kasi nga we are still working on it. Although, nagkabalikan na kami.”

Gaano ba sila katagal naghiwalay ni Jackie?

“Four months,” mabilis na sagot ni Anjo. “Pero naghiwalay din kami before, mga one year. ‘Tapos naayos namin yun. So, ngayon, inaayos din namin. Kasi, gusto namin tuluy-tuloy na, yung maayos na maayos na.”

Paano naganap ang balikan nila ni Jackie?

“Wala. Ah, na-miss namin ang isa’t isa. ‘Tapos, ‘ayun, nag-usap kami kung puwede pa, ganun-ganun. Hanggang ngayon inaayos pa rin namin. Mukhang papunta naman sa maganda.”

Ano yung inaayos pa nila?

“Yung mga dating problema namin. Kaya nga kami naghiwalay dati kasi nga meron akong mga ayaw, meron siyang mga ayaw. Pero so far, okey naman. Maayos naman yung usapan namin kaya mukhang papunta na doon.”

Magkasama na raw sila ngayon ni Jackie sa isang bahay. Kaya halos wala nang problema basta’t magawa nila ang mga pangako.

“Actually, wala na, e. Kung kakayanin lang talaga namin yung mga pangako namin.”

Anu-ano ang mga pangako nila sa isa’t isa?

“Secret na lang yun, e. Secret ng mga mag-asawa.”

Sino ang unang sumuko kanino?

“Wala naman. Ah, nagsimula sa text-text. ‘Tapos usap-usap,” lahad ni Anjo.

Nagte-text pa rin sila sa isa’t kahit nung hiwalay sila?

“After a long time, yun na. Siguro na-miss namin ang isa’t isa. ‘Tapos yun nag-usap. ‘Tapos yun ang nalaman namin, hindi ko kasi alam dahil hindi kami nag-uusap. Nalaman ko na mahal pa niya ako. ‘Tapos sabi ko sa kanya ikaw pa rin ang mahal ko.”

Paano niya nalaman na mahal pa rin siya ni Jackie?

“Sinabi niya,” kasunod ang tawa ni Anjo.

Paano niya naman nasabi na mahal pa rin niya si Jackie?

“Siyempre tinanong niya rin. So, tinanong niya kung meron akong iba.”

Ano ang natutunan niya sa paghihiwalay nila ni Jackie?

“Ah, natutunan? Siguro natutunan naming ayusin yung dapat ayusin.”

Yeah, I almost forgot that DJ Mo Twister has had a relationship with my former crush, Bunny Paras and had a daughter.

I just saw on PEP Philippines that there’s an issue or a story that is worth talking about or worth posting here. Apparenly DJ Mo is somewhat pissed that Bunny made this interiview, or at least clarifies that her (their) daughter does not have brain cancer, different from some blog post somewhere in the internet

The End of Dyesebel, Congrats Marian and Dingdong

I read from the web that the latest tv series show project (huh) of Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, Dyesebel, will come to an end this coming October 17, 2008.

Too bad I will not be able to see the ending (or even the episodes airing now) since I am here in Vancouver, Canada. I could try and watch it on Utube, but I’m afraid that GMA 7 will be hunting down those yutube users to put them down. So much for dowloading video of Dyesebel huh?

Yeah, before I left for Canada months back, there’s this issue between Gretchen Barretto and Nadia Montenegro… Now, recent news from PEP Philippines shows that the two will kiss and make up… Well, at least Gretchen was qouted “In my heart, I have chosen to forgive her. Richard Gomez’ Photo Exhibit

Geessh, it’s been a month with no post… it’s not that there’s no showbiz happening, it’s just that I’m tinatamad hehehe, anyone wants to manage this blog? Raise your hand and send me an email at jacaranda9dbux at gmail.com… I’ll be waiting! :)

Anyway, news! Goma, Richard Gomez had his very own photo exhibit last September 25, 2008 at the NBC Tent, The Fort in Taguig City.. (kita mo na, wala ng update sa blog, luma pa yung balita.. heheh)

Here’s what we read.. :)

The actor’s first photo exhibit carried “travels” as the theme, and it was held during the Canon EOS Photographer’s Night last September 25, at the NBC Tent, The Fort in Taguig City.

Richard told PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that he has already collected more than a hundred thousand photos since he started to learn taking pictures.

He narrated how he started his hobby. “When I was about 8 years old. My mom had a camera na pinapagamit niya sa akin. Then, when I was working already in 1987, I bought my first SLR [single lens reflex] camera. Film pa noon, then doon na nagsimula ‘yon.”

With so many pictures to choose from, how did Richard select the ones which will be shown to public?

“We looked for a theme,” the Codename: Asero actor answered.  “Then, while looking at the pictures, we came up with a theme.  The theme became the pictures in my travels, so most of these shots are from my travels.”

While he was showing his works, Richard told PEP that his favorites are the series he shot from Boracay and New York City.

Showbiz personalities who were spotted by PEP: John Estrada and girlfriend Priscilla Meirelles, Bobby Andrews and wife Bien, Douglas Quijano, Ben Chan, and the Queen of Philippine Cinema, Susan Roces.

You can probably search for a video on Utube(sorry Yutube) if it was covered by the media. Dowload it and add it to your Richard Gomez collections.
